  • CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) seeking licensed clinicians to join multidisciplinary practice.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, and psychological testing across the lifespan—from children to elders.
  • Services offered in-person and via telehealth for flexibility and client reach.
  • Flexible work options: part-time and full-time roles across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia offices—and/or remotely from home.
  • Administrative and billing support including scheduling, billing, insurance, credentialing, reimbursement negotiation, and referral/waitlist management.

Requirements

  • Must hold an active independent clinical license in DC, MD, or VA (e.g., LCSW-C, LICSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
  • Passion for high-quality, compassionate mental health care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Desired Experience: 3-5 years
  • Must be local
  • Experience working with range of diverse clientele (preferred)
  • Availability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekends (preferred)
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred) (preferred)
