About the role
- Evaluate rebate performance and perform client-level and book-of-business reconciliation analyses
- Support client-level rebate payment and reporting processes
- Continually develop and maintain rebate reporting infrastructure
- Perform analysis of current and prospective vendor partnerships
- Collaborate with other business functions (clinical, underwriting, finance, legal) to design, refine, and maintain internal reporting, modeling, and SOPs
- Support general business needs, as required
Requirements
- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree, with a record of strong academic performance in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of proven experience in financial/data analysis, actuarial services, accounting, pricing & underwriting
- The ideal candidate will understand pharmacy pricing dynamics and have experience evaluating the financial performance of pharmacy plans
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data visualization tools (Python experience preferred though not required)
- Track record of driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing deliverables
- Ability to balance multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily
