Accelerate customer time-to-value by ensuring rapid adoption and operational excellence for AI solutions.
Act as a strategic partner to department leaders within the company and external clients as needed, mapping AI capabilities to business goals, identifying new use cases, and driving expansion.
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including scoping, technical setup, and training, to ensure successful deployment.
Track and analyze key AI usage metrics, such as model performance, adoption rates, and ROI, to inform optimization strategies.
Guide clients through the organizational changes required for AI adoption, focusing on training and cultural alignment.
Act as a liaison between the clients/departments and the AI product/engineering teams to resolve technical issues and advocate for product enhancements.
Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, ethical concerns, or security risks in AI deployment.
Manage and lead a small team of Machine Learning Engineers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
Minimum 6 years (4 years with Masters degree) of experience in industry with a strong focus on ML solutions development and production deployment.
At least 2 years of experience in Engineering Management with teams of 4 or more engineers
Strong proficiency in Python.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with GenAI services such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini etc. Experience developing and fine-tuning prompts on any of the GenAI services
Passion for customer, innovation, product quality, service excellence, and test engineering
The ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in an extremely fast-paced, startup environment.
Good written and communication skills that enable collaboration in a remote environment.
