Manage large multi-faceted projects or multiple projects at the same time
Organize teams, develop plans, and facilitate project execution to achieve organizational goals
Pay attention to detail, have excellent communication skills, raise issues and risks with transparency
Lead a variety of projects (small to very large) with a range of budget ($50,000 to multi-million dollars)
Mentor peers around aspects of project management, including leadership, methodology, tools, people skills
Ensure projects are consistently closed within 45-60 days of go-live
Work with the team to develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators and Cost-Benefit Analysis

Requirements

5 years of project management experience
Experience leading cross-functional teams required
Relevant professional certifications (PMP, SCRUM) preferred but not required
Proficiencies in MS Office applications, MS Project, Visio, Adobe
Knowledge of project management (waterfall and agile) process,
Industry-specific knowledge of insurance is a plus
Experience working on cross-functional teams strongly desired
Experience in progressive leadership roles in a corporate environment strongly preferred
