Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SmartCOMM ecosystem
Partner with the engineering team to manage and maintain the connection between Salesforce and SmartCOMM
Lead the design and maintenance of complex document templates
Translate document needs into technical specifications
Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in the document generation process
Manage the promotion of templates and configurations across environments

Requirements

3+ years as a Technical Business Analyst
2 years of hands-on experience with SmartCOMM
2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
Experience with logic-based template design
Knowledge of Salesforce data schema
Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs and OAuth authentication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate technical information effectively
