About the role
- Responsible for supporting the Vice President, Sales Strategy and Growth in developing the overall Sales Strategy
- Owns the responsibility for developing and advancing the strategic interests of Commercial Group, Retail Services, and specialty products
- Develop an annual strategic sales plan, coordinating execution, membership forecast, analysis of results
- Coordinates between business segments to monitor expected EOY results and communicates to senior leadership
- Leads team to develop incentive programs based on profitability for Capital Blue Cross
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive experience in a Finance, Sales or Operations related role
- 3 years of experience supporting a sales organization
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field
- Strong detail orientation, modeling and analysis skills
- Proven ability to build business relationships at all levels throughout the organization
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools including advanced Excel and Power Point skills
