About the role

  • Responsible for supporting the Vice President, Sales Strategy and Growth in developing the overall Sales Strategy
  • Owns the responsibility for developing and advancing the strategic interests of Commercial Group, Retail Services, and specialty products
  • Develop an annual strategic sales plan, coordinating execution, membership forecast, analysis of results
  • Coordinates between business segments to monitor expected EOY results and communicates to senior leadership
  • Leads team to develop incentive programs based on profitability for Capital Blue Cross

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive experience in a Finance, Sales or Operations related role
  • 3 years of experience supporting a sales organization
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or related field
  • Strong detail orientation, modeling and analysis skills
  • Proven ability to build business relationships at all levels throughout the organization
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools including advanced Excel and Power Point skills
