About the role
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all pharmacy data
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff, clinical teams, and business leaders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimization within pharmacy operations
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to track success of technology implementations
- Support execution of projects by assisting in project planning and timelines
- Create user manuals and conduct training sessions
- Assist in the configuration of pharmacy technology solutions and provide first-level technical support
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy technology space
- Experience in pharmacy operations, health IT systems (e.g., pharmacy management software), or healthcare applications is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of pharmacy-specific regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA) is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or IT-related certifications preferred
