About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Apps.
  • Work on core platform engineering initiatives including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations.
  • Provide solution design guidance to business-aligned squads.
  • Review code and configurations, build common tools and functions, and automate DevOps at scale.
  • Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.
  • Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Central Power Engineering, Networking, and Exchange/email teams.
  • Define solution architecture and design.
  • Build Dynamics functionality iteratively with unit and integration testing.
  • Integrate external system data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
  • Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.
  • Support release deployments and provide post-production support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices.
  • Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET.
  • Experience with iterative and agile development practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with mature judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience building web applications.
  • Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure certifications are desired.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns is desired.
  • Experience with full lifecycle application testing and delivery management is desired.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with business users at all levels is desired.
