Key responsibilities & impact- Build enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Apps.
- Work on core platform engineering initiatives including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations.
- Provide solution design guidance to business-aligned squads.
- Review code and configurations, build common tools and functions, and automate DevOps at scale.
- Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.
- Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, Central Power Engineering, Networking, and Exchange/email teams.
- Define solution architecture and design.
- Build Dynamics functionality iteratively with unit and integration testing.
- Integrate external system data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
- Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.
- Support release deployments and provide post-production support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices.
- Experience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key Vault.
- Experience with Copilot Studio.
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD and C#.NET.
- Experience with iterative and agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with mature judgment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience building web applications.
- Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure certifications are desired.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns is desired.
- Experience with full lifecycle application testing and delivery management is desired.
- Comfortable interacting directly with business users at all levels is desired.
