About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the architecture area of enterprise systems and applications, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Design and recommend appropriate technologies, architectural patterns, frameworks, and system components.
  • Design system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms.
  • Coordinate activities related to architecture across project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Review solution designs and implementations to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to address complex technical challenges and support technology-related decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business, infrastructure, security, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Responsible for the enterprise architecture area, including contributing to architecture standards, technical roadmaps, and governance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and distributed systems.
  • Experience designing integrations using APIs, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of modern application architectures, including microservices and cloud-native concepts.
  • Experience working with enterprise-grade applications, databases, and middleware technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues.
  • Experience collaborating with teams in Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
