About the role
- Monitor project purchase requisitions
- Track contract status with the procurement/supply area
- Support monitoring of contracting SLAs
- Monitor contractual schedules and payment milestones
- Assist in preparing the Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA)
- Update disbursement forecast for the CapEx owner
- Maintain list of project invoices, explanations for variances, and asset tag numbers
- Ensure final photographic record (project completion photos)
- Ensure preparation of the project's technical record (databook)
- Consolidate project closeout documentation; support the project's financial reconciliation
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in financial control or PMO
- Experience with financial analysis and data consolidation
- Experience preparing executive reports and presentations (PowerPoint)
- Tools: MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Preferred: advanced MS Project, advanced PowerPoint, advanced Excel, and Power BI
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
