About the role

  • Monitor daily, prioritize, analyze and level critical resources (drill rigs, PLSVs) for production maintenance operations and executive management investment projects;
  • Analyze business processes (as-is), anticipate requirements and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Review and organize requirements, design processes (to-be), validate and verify information and identify potential solutions;
  • Validate solutions to meet business needs and requirements, remove constraints and adoption barriers, and refine results;
  • Create analytical dashboards and verify data quality for use by Operational Control teams for PLSV rigs;
  • Drill into technical details and synthesize findings into clear, visual PowerPoint presentations for executive summaries and detailed Word documents for communication at all organizational levels;
  • Establish clear decision-making options that represent multiple stakeholder perspectives and drive action;
  • Interpret data and analyze how assets perform across the value chain: execution, deviations, trends and forecasting;
  • Perform other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills for handling large volumes of data;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into simple solutions and to tell a compelling story that brings stakeholders together;
  • Innate curiosity and ability to self-manage in an ambiguous and changing environment;
  • Customer- and data-obsessed mindset, continuously learning and refining plans to deliver user insights and maximum business impact;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.);
  • Experience in planning and control, and in process development and reengineering;
  • Develop and operationalize data/metrics (e.g., requirements for business outcomes and value generation);
  • SQL knowledge desirable for database querying and analysis generation.
