About the role

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications, working on both frontend and backend;
  • Integrate APIs and machine learning/AI models into applications;
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other technical teams;
  • Participate in the design and architecture of AI-based solutions;
  • Ensure best practices in coding, version control, testing, and documentation;
  • Explore and apply solutions based on generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or intelligent automation, depending on the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields;
  • Advanced English;
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer;
  • Proficiency in technologies such as Java and Spring Boot;
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases;
  • Willingness to learn and work with new and legacy programming languages, including older languages (COBOL, Natural Adabas, PL/I, etc.);
  • Ability to work in a team, with a collaborative attitude and proactivity to learn new technologies.
