Support security tools and infrastructure, including maintenance and deployment of new solutions
Collect and assess information for proposed changes
Associate related CIs, incidents, and services with change requests
Provide regular status updates to technology teams, business leaders, and stakeholders
Review and plan change requests, including scheduling, risk/impact assessment, task sequencing, and resource allocation
Monitor in-progress tasks and validate outcomes during the implementation stage
Conduct post-implementation reviews and confirm requester satisfaction
Work within a large IT Operations function managing end-to-end lifecycle activities for infrastructure components, including installation, maintenance, decommissioning, system performance monitoring, capacity and availability management, migration, release management, and deployment support
Collaborate across technology and business teams in a fast-paced environment to ensure 24/7 operational continuity
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or cyber security with exposure to change management processes
Strong understanding of ITIL-based change management and governance practices
Proven ability to plan and govern change activities effectively
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Demonstrated adaptability, efficiency, and organizational ability
Risk management and negotiation capabilities
Effective communication skills
Ability to work across technology and business teams while ensuring 24/7 operational continuities
