About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and domain experts to understand business problems, data sources, and success metrics for projects and systems integrated with AI models.
  • Build agents and other integrated software systems.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and a mindset to provide high-quality training support for business teams.
  • Design and execute experiments with LLMs.
  • Evaluate model performance and experimental results, and iterate quickly based on findings.
  • Present findings, data-driven insights, and actionable recommendations for next steps to both technical and, primarily, non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute ideas and insights, apply innovative evaluation methods, and help design product features that leverage LLM capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of GenAI models, their differences, applications, and available tools in the market.
  • Familiarity with backend development and building APIs in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent.
  • Experience interacting with AI models via APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git-based development, CI/CD, and managing deployments in Kubernetes environments.
  • Familiarity with project management knowledge areas is a strong plus.
  • Experience building emerging technologies integrated with LLMs, such as RAGs, MCPs, or multi-agent systems.
  • Familiarity with data science methodologies (data analysis, evals, or advanced statistical analysis techniques).
  • Machine learning experience (e.g., model inference and training).
