About the role
- Facilitate and lead Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and alignment between teams.
- Coordinate dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams, driving resolution and escalation when necessary.
- Support and mentor Scrum Masters and teams in Agile, Scrum, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
- Ensure alignment between team-level execution and program/portfolio goals and roadmaps.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Scrum of Scrums Master in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum, with hands-on experience coordinating multiple teams.
- Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams.
- Solid understanding of scaled Agile concepts and frameworks.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent English communication skills for daily collaboration with global teams.
- Leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
