About the role

  • Facilitate and lead Scrum of Scrums ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and alignment between teams.
  • Coordinate dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams, driving resolution and escalation when necessary.
  • Support and mentor Scrum Masters and teams in Agile, Scrum, and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
  • Ensure alignment between team-level execution and program/portfolio goals and roadmaps.
  • Promote transparency by tracking and communicating progress, risks, and metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
  • Work with Product Management, Architecture, and Engineering Leadership to support planning and execution.
  • Identify systemic issues impacting delivery and drive organizational improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Scrum of Scrums Master in complex, multi-team environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum, with hands-on experience coordinating multiple teams.
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams.
  • Solid understanding of scaled Agile concepts and frameworks.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, ceremonies, and discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent English communication skills for daily collaboration with global teams.
  • Leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
