About the role
- Develop features in Salesforce using Flow, Apex and Lightning components
- Support flow-driven automations in business and relationship management processes
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement scalable solutions
- Participate in design discussions and contribute improvement ideas
- Support data quality, controls and operational reliability of the platform
- Build understanding of private equity workflows and apply it to development
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of Salesforce development experience
- Mandatory experience in financial services, private equity, asset management, banking or insurance environments
- Strong foundation in declarative and programmatic development on the Salesforce platform
- Experience with complex object models and automation
- Familiarity with compliance, audit and data governance concepts in financial services
- Willingness to take ownership of work and operate with limited direction
