About the role
- Monitor and control processes and KPIs;
- Develop, review, and/or maintain existing standards up to date;
- Plan, register, and monitor the execution of development projects for technological solutions;
- Track project progress;
- Manage and analyze risks;
- Manage changes;
- Manage project and initiative communications;
- Manage deliverables, scope, schedule, and cost of digital and analytical solution projects;
- Assess project benefits and measure their actual delivery;
- Critically analyze and propose improvements to processes;
- Monitor compliance with action plans in computerized systems, including analysis, control, follow-up with stakeholders, handling of pending issues, and plans to remediate backlog, submitting updated reports;
- And other similar activities of equal complexity and scope.
Requirements
- 6 (six) years in activities similar to the scope of the services, subject to approval by contract oversight;
- Advanced English;
- MS Office 365;
- MS Project;
- Advanced Excel (ability to build macros);
- SAP ECC and BW, Atlassian Jira, Miro, Agile methodologies, Project Management (PMBOK);
- Knowledge of programming in Python and SQL.
