About the role

  • Organize the GCIP Lessons Learned forums.
  • Organize the registration of lessons in corporate systems.
  • Use agile management and digital transformation tools to optimize project communication.
  • Support the creation of management team sites on SharePoint.
  • Develop and update dashboards and sites for GCIP projects.
  • Develop and maintain the GCIP Project Management Office website.
  • Audit, standardize, and provide guidance on knowledge management activities.
  • Share experiences and domain knowledge through training.
  • Perform other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope.
  • Map processes, including the execution methodology for each service.
  • Map activity workflows according to the 5W2H methodology.
  • Process design.
  • Flowcharts.
  • Descriptive documentation.
  • Identification of critical tasks.
  • Draft standard templates for the management system.

Requirements

  • 6 (six) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of the services, subject to contract oversight approval.
  • Effective communication.
  • Proactivity and problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate programming knowledge, preferably Python, VBA, R, or similar.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Project.
  • Intermediate knowledge of BI (Business Intelligence).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and Planner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to liaise and mediate across multiple teams.
  • Logical reasoning with critical analysis skills.
