About the role
- Plan, monitor, and manage deadlines and information relevant to regulatory agencies (ANP, IBAMA, Marinha, etc.), and prepare documents together with other involved areas for submission to these agencies;
- Act as the focal point for internal or external audit requests, coordinating work with other professionals, including liaising with other departments, to ensure legal compliance;
- Support the collection and preparation of documentation to support internal and external audits, judicial proceedings involving the ANP, or partnership review processes, including reports in English;
- Monitor and ensure follow-up actions arising from audits are carried out;
- Monitor and control processes;
- Critically analyze and propose improvements to processes;
- Evaluate and propose actions to reduce outstanding legal compliance training requirements, follow up and report on the progress of proposed measures;
- Ensure completion of action plans within computerized systems, including analysis, control, follow-up with stakeholders, resolution of outstanding items and plans to clear backlog, providing updated reports to management;
- Prepare monthly reporting of legal compliance processes;
- Issue, track, follow up and provide various information in the management of systems and databases, including the Business Intelligence (BI) tool;
- Prepare, review and submit documents such as Operational Safety Documentation, Commissioning Plans, requests for authorization to commence activities and operations to the ANP, measurement system documentation, Field Development Plans;
- Perform other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope.
Requirements
- 4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of the services, subject to approval by contract oversight.
- Knowledge of the legislation applicable to the oil and gas sector and its interfaces with regulatory agencies;
- Basic knowledge of the English language (writing and reading);
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
- Knowledge of the SAP CO and FI modules and BW.
