About the role

  • Coordinate the monthly projection process for Capex and/or Opex;
  • Prepare the monthly budget adherence report for investment projects and the portfolio;
  • Prepare materials related to the control of investments and operational expenditures for review/analysis meetings;
  • Manage information and justifications comparing planning vs. actuals;
  • Manage the management's projects in SAP (create and structure project definitions, etc.);
  • Perform monthly monitoring and consolidate justification information for project variances considering actuals through the current month and the forecast for the current year;
  • Supervise and guide project areas on the correct classification of variance justification categories according to corporate guidance;
  • Prepare reports on the progress of investment projects, including budgetary and qualitative analyses, and legal and managerial information;
  • Lead the process of time reporting and provide guidance on procedures and deadlines;
  • Lead the annual and monthly OAI planning process;
  • Prepare, analyze and validate expenditures for the RGT (Quarterly Spending Report);
  • Enter time records for active employees in SAP;
  • Prepare materials for review meetings on spending indicators and management results;
  • Manage information and justifications comparing planning vs. actuals for overtime hours of management employees;
  • Manage the management's projects in SAP (create and structure the WBS, provide correct objects for cost allocation, cleanse and block objects, issue CEOP, etc.);
  • Validate and correct cost objects reported in offshore transport requisitions for personnel and cargo;
  • Provide information, low-to-medium complexity analyses and clarifications on analyzed expenditures to stakeholders and/or in partnership processes;
  • Perform other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.

Requirements

  • 4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to approval by contract oversight;
  • Knowledge of BW (SAP Business Warehouse);
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or other areas related to the specialty. Regular registration with the respective professional council;
  • Experience using BI tools (Power BI and Spotfire) for data processing and producing management reports;
  • Knowledge of SAP modules MM, CO, FI, PS, PM.
