About the role
- Monitor and control processes;
- Develop and/or review and/or keep existing standards up to date;
- Promote and plan training sessions;
- Plan, register and monitor the execution of VCPs (Standard Compliance Verifications) in corporate systems;
- Analyze, support and monitor the handling of anomalies;
- Perform critical analysis and propose process improvements;
- Monitor implementation of action plans in computerized systems, including analysis, control, follow-up with stakeholders, handling pending items and plans to clear the backlog, and provide updated reports to management;
- Manage Fixed Assets and control the fixed asset inventory process (BP);
- Issue, track, follow up and provide various information in systems and database management, including the BI (Business Intelligence) tool;
- Monitor and control pending items, owners and actions to reduce the backlog;
- Support management with presentations, draft documents, meetings, minutes, reports and day-to-day operations;
- Record attendance in company systems (SAF and SAP) and plan employee vacations (SPF);
- Map processes, including: Methodology for executing each service; Mapping activity flows according to the 5W2H methodology; Process design; Flowcharts; Descriptive texts; Identification of critical tasks; Drafting templates for the management system;
- Plan and control investment expenditures (Capex) and the Annual Investment Budget (OAI);
- Other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.
Requirements
- 4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of the services, subject to contract oversight approval.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Logical and critical thinking;
- Knowledge of SA modules;
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law or other fields related to the specialty. Registration with the respective professional council where required.
- Knowledge of SAP modules CO, MM, HR and BW;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.);
- Familiarity with the 5W1H methodology;
- Knowledge of MIRO, Vision and other process-mapping software;
- Knowledge of Power BI and Spotfire for data processing and production of management reports.
