About the role
- Attend requests from senior management for information related to the E&P (Exploration & Production) segment, participating in meetings with stakeholders, assessing requests (preparing briefings), developing presentations and reports, and supporting decision-making;
- Analyze and produce layouts, infographics, visual effects, color schemes, typography, images and other visual solutions for presenting data and related information, while adhering to the Company's visual identity;
- Develop visual concepts based on content gathered from the client and liaise with various company areas to identify, obtain, and, when necessary, produce information, data, maps, images, videos and other required inputs;
- Plan, coordinate and respond to requests arising from participation in external events;
- Analyze non-SAP corporate information systems to ensure compliance with the Company's visual identity and the application of User Experience best practices;
- Conduct user interviews and analyze behavior to define interaction flows for applications;
- Support periodic diagnostics related to the operation of processes and standards in client areas to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate workflow risks;
- Facilitate operational, strategic and process discussions with client areas;
- Perform other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in activities similar to the scope of the services, subject to approval by the contract's oversight;
- Knowledge of the following software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Office, CorelDRAW, Visio, QGIS;
- Intermediate level of English (reading, writing and speaking).
