About the role
- Lead program governance, planning, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive definition of the upgrade assessment scope, timeline, and workstreams.
- Coordinate across functional, technical, and testing SMEs.
- Provide risk, dependency, and milestone tracking.
- Own delivery of the final assessment report and roadmap.
Requirements
- 10+ years of delivery/program management in capital markets technology.
- Prior experience leading Murex upgrade programs or assessments.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across global teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and risk frameworks in Murex environments.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Murex functional consulting experience.
- Experience in Murex 3.x environments and upgrade planning.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Banking and/or Capital Markets experience highly desired.
