About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of signed creators, building deep trusted relationships across all things Cantina
Hands-on build and iterate on creator bots and characters alongside talent, translating their voice, IP, and audience into compelling on-platform experiences
Lead creative ideation on content, campaigns, and platform-native formats, and manage execution of partnership deliverables end-to-end
Provide ongoing platform support, training, and best-practice guidance, and track creator performance against partnership KPIs
Act as the internal advocate for creators — relaying feedback, feature requests, and market intelligence to product, content, and marketing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or a creator-facing role within the creator economy
Proven track record of managing creator relationships and executing campaigns or content deliverables end-to-end
Strong creative instincts and hands-on builder mentality — comfort ideating content concepts alongside talent and learning new platform tools (AI tools, content creation software, or bot/character building a strong plus)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple creators and deliverables simultaneously
Self-starter energy and genuine passion for creators, with deep understanding of what motivates them to invest in a new platform.
