About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with operational leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals and operational performance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and leadership capability
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution
  • Coach leaders on effective people management practices and consistent application of company policies
  • Lead and participate in HR initiatives, process improvement efforts, integrations, and business transformation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations matters
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to operational locations throughout the United States
  • Professional Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent (preferred)
