About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with operational leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business goals and operational performance
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and leadership capability
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, performance management, workplace investigations, corrective action, and conflict resolution
- Coach leaders on effective people management practices and consistent application of company policies
- Lead and participate in HR initiatives, process improvement efforts, integrations, and business transformation projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations matters
- Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to operational locations throughout the United States
- Professional Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent (preferred)
