About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will support two Product Managers in their responsibilities across the following scopes:
- Operational management of the Candia Baby brand: the leading ready-to-feed infant milk brand in France.
- Analyze and produce diagnostics from market data using retail and consumer panels (IRI and Kantar).
- Contribute to the development, coordination and monitoring of marketing plans in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams (R&D, supply chain, sales, etc.).
- Take part in organizing the ideation process for future innovations.
- Contribute to packaging updates in collaboration with design agencies and printers.
- Propose ideas based on benchmarks and competitive intelligence both within our categories and beyond.
- Work with the Product Managers and the media manager on brand exposure across media channels (digital, influencer, print, etc.).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business school or agronomy/food engineering program, with prior experience in marketing and/or sales.
- You know (and enjoy!) the large-scale retail environment; ideally you are familiar with retail and consumer panels (Nielsen, IRI or Kantar).
- Strong interest in social media and experience using platforms to generate engagement, grow audience and build brand awareness.
- Detail-oriented and responsive; you have a creative mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights.
