About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the site’s economic and financial performance
  • Prepare the site’s annual budget in collaboration with all departments
  • Build forecasts and monitor results
  • Analyze variances between actuals, budget and forecasts
  • Identify performance optimization levers and propose action plans
  • Produce and ensure the reliability of financial and operational reporting
  • Carry out economic and financial analyses for Management
  • Foster a culture of management and performance within the teams
  • Lead department meetings, organize team activities and set priorities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable QHSE/Energy procedures and standards within the scope

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance / Management Control or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience in management control and knowledge of the industrial sector
  • Proficiency with office and IT tools, in particular Excel and SAP
  • Strong financial and budgetary analysis and reporting skills
  • Knowledge in the following areas: budgeting, month-end/year-end closings, consolidation of results, productivity monitoring, reporting, etc.
  • Embody the culture and values of Yoplait and Groupe Sodiaal
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and BI tools
  • Project management and continuous improvement experience
  • Leadership with the ability to unite teams and work collaboratively
