About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the site’s economic and financial performance
- Prepare the site’s annual budget in collaboration with all departments
- Build forecasts and monitor results
- Analyze variances between actuals, budget and forecasts
- Identify performance optimization levers and propose action plans
- Produce and ensure the reliability of financial and operational reporting
- Carry out economic and financial analyses for Management
- Foster a culture of management and performance within the teams
- Lead department meetings, organize team activities and set priorities
- Ensure compliance with applicable QHSE/Energy procedures and standards within the scope
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance / Management Control or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in management control and knowledge of the industrial sector
- Proficiency with office and IT tools, in particular Excel and SAP
- Strong financial and budgetary analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge in the following areas: budgeting, month-end/year-end closings, consolidation of results, productivity monitoring, reporting, etc.
- Embody the culture and values of Yoplait and Groupe Sodiaal
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and BI tools
- Project management and continuous improvement experience
- Leadership with the ability to unite teams and work collaboratively
