About the role
- Participate in workshops to ensure process alignment across all sites within your scope
- Propose target processes
- Draft test scenarios together with the Key User (KU)
- Execute tests and report any anomalies
- Validate the correct functioning of the solution within your scope
- Participate in data collection and cleansing to prepare the cutover plan
- Facilitate the SAP implementation within your scope: communicate progress, explain changes, participate in change workshops, etc.
- Prepare training materials and train end users within your scope
- Contribute to actions defined in the cutover plan
- Support users after go-live
Requirements
- Degree in Production Engineering with proven experience in an industrial food manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of information systems and knowledge of processing and manufacturing processes, ideally in the dairy industry
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; demonstrates rigor, structure, flexibility, and autonomy
