About the role
- Lead the scoping of the IT part of projects (gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining required resources, developing planning and budgets, assisting in solution selection, etc.)
- Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to cost / schedule / quality / and scope commitments.
- Produce project reporting for IT management and business departments.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (software vendors, system integrators).
- Manage multiple Commerce & Marketing projects in parallel, according to their complexity and criticality.
- Manage the run of applications for the domain: level 3 support, vendor management, primary interface with Key Users, and propose improvements to optimize support operations.
- Coordinate a continuous improvement action plan across multiple entities to optimize commerce and marketing activities. You will proactively propose improvements based on your business and IT knowledge.
- Apply project methodology standards and Sodiaal standards.
Requirements
- Required education: Master’s degree or equivalent (engineering school, business/management school, or equivalent).
- Required experience: Minimum 5 years in IT project management, primarily on Commerce / Marketing projects.
- Strong experience in IT project management.
- Good knowledge of solutions related to sales force, websites and B2B and B2C CRM systems.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile / hybrid).
- Project management certification appreciated (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Understanding of enterprise IT systems and IT department operations (knowledge of ITIL is a plus).
- Familiarity with a project management tool is a plus.
