About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the Business Unit with full P&L responsibility
- Defining and executing the Business Unit strategy and product roadmap
- Building a high-performing organisation with a strong culture of accountability, collaboration and execution with a strong people-oriented leadership approach
- Driving productisation and industrialisation of technologies and solutions
- Creating strong customer relationships and developing new business opportunities globally
- Translating customer needs into commercially successful products and offerings
- Prioritising investments, resources and business opportunities to maximise long-term value creation
- Driving operational excellence, accountability and execution discipline across the organisation
- Contributing to Canatu's company-wide leadership and strategic development as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong track record in industrial, automotive, mobility, robotics, defense or other advanced technology sectors
- Proven (min 5 years) leadership experience from product management or product marketing in a scale-up or start-up environment
- Experience in scaling products and businesses from emerging opportunities to sustainable growth
- Strong customer engagement and business development capabilities
- Experience and cultural understanding of US and Asian markets
- Ability to build organisations, culture and leadership teams
- Strategic thinking combined with a strong bias for action
- Experience working in international and growth-oriented environments
- Fluent in English
