About the role
- Responsible for the coordination and management of field location Information Technology support services and staff.
- Provide field location records management services.
- Support project management office (PMO) with the implementation of new equipment or processes.
- Perform field information technology support for Canadian Blood Services sites.
- Handle the storage, retrieval, and disposition of records at the site level.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized post-secondary information technology program/institution or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the IT Field with desktop support.
- Experience in a computer services/support role in a regulated environment.
- Three years' previous experience providing customer support and vendor management in an operations environment.
