Requirements

Familiarity with financial or business systems (Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar) and a solid sense of how data moves between them and where it tends to go sideways.
A natural problem-solving instinct to dig into the data, figure out what's happening, and explain it clearly to someone who wasn't in the weeds with you.
The confidence to work independently and own your projects, while staying curious, asking good questions, and knowing when to loop someone in.
Excitement about automation and AI as we're actively building toward AI-enabled Finance operations and want someone who's genuinely interested in helping figure that out.
