Job Level

About the role

  • Lead UX/UI design for our mobile apps and creator-focused web platform – from concept to shipped.
  • Prototype fast and iteratively, often directly in code (Expo/React Native + AI tools) rather than starting in Figma.
  • Make design decisions grounded in both qualitative user insight and quantitative product data.
  • Be the advocate of the user in product decisions, without being precious about process.
  • Shape and evolve our visual language, CI and component systems across mobile and web.
  • Work closely with engineering so that what you design actually ships – and ships well.

Requirements

  • 5+ years designing digital products, at least 2 as a Senior – with a strong portfolio of shipped mobile experiences.
  • You think in interactions, not mockups.
  • You love prototyping in whatever tool gets the idea across fastest – and increasingly that means code.
  • You have experience with or genuine enthusiasm for code-based prototyping (Expo, React Native) and AI-assisted design workflows (Claude Code or similar).
  • You're data-informed: you know how to run a user interview, read a funnel, and translate both into better product decisions.
  • Figma is in your toolkit, but it's not your first instinct.
  • Bonus, if you've worked in media, audio/podcasting, or community products before.
  • You're a podcast nerd or have a deep fandom for something – you get why communities matter.
  • You speak fluent English; German is a meaningful plus.
Benefits
  • Professional development opportunities
