About the role

  • Own and drive casino commercial performance, including revenue, and player engagement, through effective game portfolio management and optimization strategies.
  • Lead relationships with game providers, negotiate commercial deals, align strategic priorities, and ensure high-quality execution of the gaming roadmap.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration of new providers, ensuring all commercial, operational, and compliance requirements are met while delivering a seamless launch experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Casino Content, Marketing, and Operations teams to align campaigns, product enhancements, and player lifecycle strategies.
  • Analyze game and provider performance, leveraging data to identify opportunities, optimize portfolio, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and resolve complex operational or commercial issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure minimal disruption to the player experience.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online gaming, casino, or a related digital commercial role, with demonstrated ownership of revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring or managing team members.
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of key business areas.
