Casino Commercial Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive casino commercial performance, including revenue, and player engagement, through effective game portfolio management and optimization strategies.
- Lead relationships with game providers, negotiate commercial deals, align strategic priorities, and ensure high-quality execution of the gaming roadmap.
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new providers, ensuring all commercial, operational, and compliance requirements are met while delivering a seamless launch experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Casino Content, Marketing, and Operations teams to align campaigns, product enhancements, and player lifecycle strategies.
- Analyze game and provider performance, leveraging data to identify opportunities, optimize portfolio, and inform strategic decisions.
- Identify and resolve complex operational or commercial issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure minimal disruption to the player experience.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online gaming, casino, or a related digital commercial role, with demonstrated ownership of revenue-driving initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring or managing team members.
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of key business areas.
