About the role

  • Create clean, photorealistic 3D renders and animations for commercials and brand content.
  • Integrate 3D assets into live-action video, including tracking, matchmoving, rotoscoping, and color matching.
  • Build dynamic 3D elements, particle systems, and kinetic type for social media and digital campaigns.
  • Handle "invisible VFX" tasks like screen replacements, object removal, and clean-up for corporate presentations.
  • Optimize heavy 3D scenes for various formats, ranging from high-res exhibition displays to mobile-first social content.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender
  • Experience with Redshift, Octane or Arnold
  • Advanced After Effects skills for compositing, multi-pass rendering and finishing, along with knowledge of Premiere Pro and standard video editing workflows
  • Experience in motion design, animation and basic video capturing (camera operation and lighting)
  • Strong knowledge of animation principles and visual effects
  • Understanding of focal lengths, lighting setups and matching digital cameras to real-world footage
  • Ability to use Photoshop and Illustrator for texturing, matte painting and asset preparation
  • Ability to hit deadlines and manage render times effectively without sacrificing quality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively within a creative team
  • Submission of a relevant work portfolio or showreel is mandatory for consideration
