About the role

  • Lead and mentor a team of 4 accountants to deliver accurate, on-time bookkeeping, financial close and reporting.
  • Oversee the Record-to-Report (R2R) process across all group entities, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Manage statutory reporting, local audits, VAT and tax compliance across multiple entities.
  • Maintain strong intercompany accounting and alignment with transfer pricing policies.
  • Preparation and management of group consolidation
  • Participate in hiring, training and performance reviews of team members.
  • Participate in the implementation process of the ERP system.
  • Working closely with the Treasury and the FP&A teams to ensure accurate and timely periodic reporting.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, professional financial presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting
  • Professional Accounting Qualification ( ACA, ACCA, or CIMA ) would be considered an asset.
  • Experience in accounting/finance roles at a managerial level with a strong technical foundation
  • Experience with multijurisdictional structures
  • Strong capability in handling complex accounting issues, reconciliations, and financial analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong interdepartmental relationships.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English
