About the role

  • Driving profitability for our online casino and sports platforms by fostering long-term relationships with VIP players.
  • Managing a portfolio of VIP accounts to boost loyalty and maximize their value.
  • Monitoring player activity and betting behavior to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless support through a shift-based, rotating schedule.
  • Providing frontline support for VIP players.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement exclusive promotions.
  • Liaising with Risk, Payments, and Legal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the i-gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving commercial value through campaign strategies and bonus awards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; familiarity with German language will be considered a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to display a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
