About the role

  • Assist in configuring Email and On-Site Notifications in Fast Track CRM.
  • Implement campaign communications using content provided by the Copy & Translation team.
  • Ensure correct layout, formatting, and structure of communications.
  • Support the configuration of CRM communications based on campaign briefs.
  • Prepare communications so they are ready for QA review and handover for deployment.
  • Perform quality checks before communications are handed over for deployment.
  • Verify message formatting, links, localization placement, and promotional references.
  • Work with teams across CLR including CRM Casino, CRM Sports, CRM Operations (Bonus Department), Copy & Translation, and Design.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in CRM operations, digital marketing, or content management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in iGaming or CRM marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with Fast Track CRM.
  • Basic understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
