About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in configuring Email and On-Site Notifications in Fast Track CRM.
Implement campaign communications using content provided by the Copy & Translation team.
Ensure correct layout, formatting, and structure of communications.
Support the configuration of CRM communications based on campaign briefs.
Prepare communications so they are ready for QA review and handover for deployment.
Perform quality checks before communications are handed over for deployment.
Verify message formatting, links, localization placement, and promotional references.
Work with teams across CLR including CRM Casino, CRM Sports, CRM Operations (Bonus Department), Copy & Translation, and Design.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2 years experience in CRM operations, digital marketing, or content management.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in iGaming or CRM marketing environments.
Familiarity with Fast Track CRM.
Basic understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
