About the role
- Write high-converting email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages
- Work with dynamic variables (e.g., first name, bonus amounts, wagering requirements)
- Create on-site promotional content (banners, pop-ups, landing pages)
- Develop engaging welcome, reload, cashback, VIP, and seasonal campaign copy
- Ensure all content aligns with responsible gambling standards
- Contribute to A/B testing initiatives
- Utilize AI tools to scale and enhance content production
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience
- Proven experience writing promotional and CRM content
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with CMS systems (nice to have)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices (nice to have)
- Additional language skills (nice to have)
- Experience in the iGaming industry (nice to have)
