About the role

  • Address Affiliate operational queries , and manage inboxes, working closely with Affiliate Managers to resolve issues.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new affiliates by providing them with the necessary marketing assets and support.
  • Creating landing pages, tracking links, and exclusive offers (casino, sports, free spins, free bets) for affiliate campaigns.
  • Monitoring, updating, and optimizing affiliate offers to ensure compliance with agreed terms and maximize performance.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking of btags and troubleshooting any tracking issues.
  • Updating and maintaining website content, including testimonials, new brand additions, blog posts, and social media updates, to keep the platform fresh and engaging.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, managing social media accounts, and assisting with the creation and distribution of monthly newsletters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a similar operational role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and affiliate tracking platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the affiliate marketing sphere.
