About the role
- Insight into supporting and implementing talent development processes
- Supporting the team with a variety of organizational and administrative tasks
- Planning, organizing and coordinating trainings, workshops and development programs
- Administrative tasks and data maintenance
- Point of contact for internal and external partners
- Supporting communications and the creation and maintenance of informational materials
- Contributing to the preparation, delivery and follow-up of team meetings, events and projects in the Talent Development area
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration with an HR focus, or a related field)
- Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ideally experience designing intranet pages (MS SharePoint)
- Reliability, conscientiousness and strong communication skills
- Strong IT affinity and quick comprehension
- Very good German and English skills
- Openness, a sense of humour and enjoyment of teamwork
