- Shape how our people experience every stage of their journey with us
- Partner closely with leadership to manage the organizational, relational, and cultural dimensions of our leadership evolution
- Establish frameworks and practices that help us navigate change as a strength
- Design onboarding and offboarding experiences that set a clear tone
- Own day-to-day people operations ensuring compliance and consistency across processes
- Build and maintain a manager enablement infrastructure
- Serve as a steward of Camelback's organizational culture and lead employee relations matters
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive people operations or HR experience
- Proven track record managing end-to-end people operations
- Experience supporting multi-state compliance
- Equity-minded practice embedded in people decisions
- Familiarity with industry best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with Rippling and Employee Navigator preferred
