About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect investment and financial data via surveys and other methods, ensuring data integrity through quality checking procedures.
- Communicate with clients and other colleagues of the firm throughout the data collection process and resolve any data issues that are identified.
- Analyze investment and financial data that is collected from clients and contribute to the research content that is produced in the team’s regular research reports.
- Prepare customized analyses and exhibits for clients and other colleagues as requested.
- Respond to client inquiries that pertain to research and data that the team produces.
- Work closely with other IAs on the team to ensure there is sufficient support provided on both long-term research projects and daily assignments.
- Coordinate across client teams, other internal departments, and CA Institute team members to ensure that the most up-to-date information and insights are being used across the firm and that all stakeholders can use this information to provide excellent client service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong academic credentials; BA/BS required.
- Interest in and familiarity with investment and financial concepts is essential.
- Desire to work with endowments, foundations, and nonprofit institutions.
- Demonstrated analytical and organization skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Experience with using ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools to accelerate data analysis and draft comprehensive research summaries.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or restriction.
