About the role

  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader for clients
  • Lead strategic technical direction and interact with key client stakeholders regularly
  • Mentor, train, and upskill Callibrity peers and clients’ teams
  • Solve a wide variety of problems and select appropriate technical solutions
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Proactively identify problems, challenges, and issues and recommend the best possible solution
  • Demonstrate mastery and teach software development best practices (Agile, DevOps, Test Automation, CI/CD, TDD)
  • Explore and stay ahead of new technologies including AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, and IoT
  • Collaborate closely across roles and teams and be admired by clients as someone they can count on

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack enterprise Java development experience
  • Experience with Git / GitHub, Bootstrap, Gradle/Maven or other similar tool is preferred
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, React, Version Control and Agile is preferred
  • Desired experience with Kafka and Jenkins is a plus
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform preferred
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and/or developing applications for a major public cloud provider is a plus
  • Extensive professional experience in Information Technology and/or Consulting
  • Successfully solve Callibrity’s CoderPad and Code Pairing Challenges
  • Interpersonal skills: Influencer, professionalism and accountability, passion for learning, us not them mentality, shared responsibility
