About the role
- Daily telephone contact with customers in Germany and Austria who are familiar with our products ("warm base")
- Telephone sales of cosmetics and dietary supplements
- Building long-term relationships with clients (our clients keep coming back to us!)
- Advising clients on selecting the appropriate treatment
- Execution of sales plans
Requirements
- Very good command of German (C1)
- Knowledge of English or Polish at a level that enables active participation in training (B2)
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Interest in sales or the Beauty & Wellness industry
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
