About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintains the integrity of enterprise-wide local area networks and cyber security infrastructure
Participates in planning, developing, testing, implementation and support of technical solutions for company-wide data and voice communications
Works with vendors and service providers to ensure stability and reliability of company's critical voice and data infrastructure
Engages with company-wide business units to provide network design solutions for business requirements
Provides 24x7 on call technical support as required
Engages with company-wide business units to provide network design solutions for business requirements
Participates in department planning, research and development to ensure that company is using up-to-date technologies to comply with corporate standards, goals and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent education, training or experience in Engineering, Computer Engineering or closely related field
Master Degree preferred
Five (5) or more years related experience
Industry certifications (Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert, Certified Information Systems Security Professional etc.) preferred
Significant experience designing and supporting local area and wide area networks
Advanced understanding and experience with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
Experience with content delivery technologies (F5)
Experience debugging complex system issues in production environments
