About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • From initial outreach through contract completion: Persuade and win notable mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Independently identify prospects' needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Communicate with stakeholders to support agile development
  • Collaborate with the founding team to optimize the sales cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience selling complex/consultative software at a professional level
  • Proven experience in sourcing and acquiring new leads
  • Conduct product presentations and demos
  • Convince prospective customers and lead final contract and pricing negotiations
  • Multiple years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT and/or SaaS
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
