About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- From initial outreach through contract completion: Persuade and win notable mid-market and enterprise clients
- Independently identify prospects' needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Communicate with stakeholders to support agile development
- Collaborate with the founding team to optimize the sales cycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience selling complex/consultative software at a professional level
- Proven experience in sourcing and acquiring new leads
- Conduct product presentations and demos
- Convince prospective customers and lead final contract and pricing negotiations
- Multiple years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT and/or SaaS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
