About the role
- Approve service entries in SAP
- Resolve invoice issues with internal/external staff
- Coordinate with Comptroller and Procurement to resolve vendor issues
- Reallocate sub-vendor budgets in automated invoice system
- Support system testing/updates for invoice processing
- Gather data, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements
- Approve service entries in SAP
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Verify pricing, quantities, and supporting documentation
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or escalate as needed
- Reallocate vendor budgets
- Provide ad hoc financial reports
- Assist Customer Service Manager as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related
- 5+ years in accounts payable, billing, audit, or compliance
- Expert in SAP Financial Software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of invoice processes, financial controls, vendor management
- Customer service and reporting experience
- Deep understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
