About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process invoices and make recommendations for payment
- Responsible for data entry, collection of data, running reports, researching, and resolving payable discrepancies
- Maintain records of payments and accounts payable reports
- Investigate discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices
- Follow up with vendors and maintain relationships
- Prepare annual 1099’s
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year related experience
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel
