About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests
  • Perform routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Manage calendar and phone calls, resolve scheduling conflicts, and act as a liaison for all correspondence/coordination as required
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed via Defense Travel System (DTS)
  • Act as the personnel training coordinator, managing all training schedules, maintaining training records, and ensure training compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • HS degree or GED and 3 years of experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook: Mail, Calendar, and MS Teams)
