About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests
- Perform routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
- Manage calendar and phone calls, resolve scheduling conflicts, and act as a liaison for all correspondence/coordination as required
- Arrange travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed via Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Act as the personnel training coordinator, managing all training schedules, maintaining training records, and ensure training compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- HS degree or GED and 3 years of experience
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Proficient in MS Office software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook: Mail, Calendar, and MS Teams)
